Pinoy Top Blogs has changed ownership and been relaunched as TopBlogs.com.ph. Abe Olandres has sold this top sites website to Enthropia Inc. 6 months ago and this week it has been relaunched with a new look and a new URL, which encourages the use of Philippine top-level domains like .com.ph.
